Editing user accounts

  1. In the User Management page, select the user whose information you want to edit. Search user accounts by first or last name, email address, or SSO (Single Sign-On) ID.
  2. Select Actions bar / Edit User.
  3. Make the required changes. For example, to remove access to Unified Fleet, or to change the user's permission type, first select the X.

Note – You can change everything except the SSO ID.

Note – If you are updating the user's email address, the new email address must be unique. It cannot be used by another user in this account or in any VisionLink account.

  1. Select Save.
